Vancouver City Council Member Tim Leavitt will go so far as to build his own house green to “walk the talk“ of sustainability. By helping the building industry, government and citizens understand green options for new construction and remodels, the Mainstream Green House will help stimulate further green building supply and demand in the region.

Project Green Build will coordinate the education program of the Mainstream Green House and facilitate the research and selection of green building materials.
